What Does a Move in/out Cleaning Include?
Move in/out cleans are the most in depth cleaning we offer. Our move in/out cleaning crew has been contracted with the Wichita Falls Housing Authority, Tealwood Place Apartments, Fountain Gate Apartments, and Lynnwood Apartments. Yes. We supply all equipment and materials needed to preform the job. You will never be asked to furnish anything. If you are requiring a specific chemical that we do not typically carry, you may provide that to our staff, Although we

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING?
While sometimes we do have last minute cancellations or reschedules, we ask that you try to call at least two-three weeks prior to your needed cleaning date. This way we can avoid a lack of availability. Of course when we're able we will always accept last minute appointments.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES FOR MOVE IN/OUT CLEANS?
For move out cleans within a 35 mile radius of Wichita Falls our rate is $48 per hour per cleaner. We do serve anywhere within a one hour radius of Wichita Falls but these locations are subject to a small travelers fee. Fee is assessed on a case by case basis.
